Hi, I’m Mohamed Thilshan Uwais, the founder of GrillUp. My journey began with a love for flavourful food and a dream to create something that brings people together. After moving to the UK, I saw a gap—there weren’t many places serving exciting, halal-friendly street food with a fusion of global taste and South Asian soul.

That’s when GrillUp was born—a food trailer serving bold, Western-style street food like juicy burgers, loaded fries, and chicken buns, alongside occasional South Indian specials that celebrate my roots. Think crispy dosas, spiced chicken, and flavours that remind you of home.
